We are pleased to have José Rubén De León as our featured guest artist, accompanied by George Prado and Dr. Aaron Ellington Prado. Since 2001, Mr. De León has delighted audiences with two highly acclaimed shows in San Antonio: “LORCA,” a one-actor drama of the Spanish poet’s last days; and, “SIMPLEMENTE LARA,” a narrative on the life of Mexican composer Agustín Lara. To complement Mr. De León’s artistry, the San Antonio Chamber Choir will musically capture the passion, rhythmic drive, and sensual beauty of Brazil and Argentina, as well as Cuba and Haiti. The Children’s Chorus of San Antonio will also be featured.
